you're agreeing to these rules. This is a binding legal agreement, so please read it
carefully. If you don't agree with these terms, you shouldn't use our service.
Welcome to VCrds ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of
our digital identity platform, which allows users to create and share a single, dynamic QR
code linking to multiple online profiles and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using
our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your VCrds Account
In Plain English: You are responsible for your account's
security and for keeping your information accurate. You must be at least 18 years old to
create a business account.
To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to
provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are
responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your
account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Content You Provide

VCrds page (your links, profile picture, text, etc.). By adding it, you give us
permission to display it so the service can work as intended.
Our service allows you to post, link, and otherwise make available information, text,
graphics, and other material ("Content"). You retain full ownership of your Content.
However, by posting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license
to display it through the Service as directed by you.
4. Acceptable Use
In Plain English: Please use VCrds responsibly. Don't use
our platform for anything illegal, harmful, or spammy. Be a good citizen of our digital
community.
You agree not to use the VCrds service to create, share, or link to any content that is
illegal, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. This
includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Engaging in spamming, phishing, or other deceptive practices.
- Uploading viruses or malicious code.
- Infringing on intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks).
- Promoting hate speech, discrimination, or violence.
5. Privacy & Scan Analytics
In Plain English: We track anonymous scan analytics to
show you how well your QR code is performing. We are committed to protecting your data.
Our Privacy Policy has all the details on how we handle your information.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share
your personal information. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of
information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes the collection of non-personal,
anonymous analytics data on QR code scans to provide you with performance metrics.
6. Termination
In Plain English: You are free to stop using our service
at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate
these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for
conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third
parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
